However, we do offer exchanges for store credit !

For our Reno, NV location (our one & only brick-n-mortar shop <3) exchanges will only be accepted with these stipulations : 
• exchange must be made within 14 days of purchase 
• receipt must be present with order number
• all price tags and/or price stickers must be attached
• for clothing, cannot have been worn nor washed 
• for all other items, cannot have been used or unopened, seal broken
If ALL of these requirements are NOT met, we will not make the exchange !

We are happy to give store credit otherwise :D
